摘要
我国高职院校担负着培养高素质技术技能人才的任务,是培育工匠精神和开展思想政治教育工作的重要阵地。将工匠精神与高职思想政治教育进行有效融合,是契合新时代职业教育发展的客观要求,是提高思政工作实效性的实际需求,是实现学生自我人生价值的内在需要。高职院校可以以各类课程为阵地、以多渠道实践为载体、以校园文化为平台、以加强师资队伍为抓手,将工匠精神更充分地渗透到思想政治教育中去。
China's higher vocational colleges shoulder the task of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,and it is an important position for cultivating craftsmanship spirit and developing ideological and political education.The effective integration of craftsmanship spirit and higher vocational ideological and political education meets the objective requirements of the development of vocational education in the new era,and it is the innate demand for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political work,and it is the objective need to realize the self-worth of students.Higher vocational colleges can effectively fully permeate the craftsmanship spirit into the ideological and political education by taking various courses as the position,multi-channel practice as the carrier,campus culture as the platform,and strengthening the teaching staff as the strength.
