摘要
随着国家对高校的转型和发展的要求,高校更加注重自身的内涵建设,而教学质量的提升是高校实现教学现代化的重要内容。从高校教学质量监控角度,以淮南联合大学为例,以小见大,从中分析出当前我国高校在教学督导方面存在的普遍问题。研究多元化教学督导体系构建,包括多元化督导机构的设置、多层次的督导队伍的建立、科学教学督导制度的健全,以及教学督导信息化建设等多个方面。通过教学督导水平的提高,促进学校教学质量的提升,为我国在世界人才竞争中创造核心竞争力。
With the requirements of the state for the transformation and development of colleges and universities, colleges and uni- versities have paid more attention to connotation construction. The improvement of teaching quality is an important part in the moderni- zation of teaching in colleges and universities. From the perspective of teaching quality monitoring in colleges and universities, with Huainan Union University as an example, this article tries to generalize and analyze the prevailing problems of teaching supervision in China's current colleges and universities, and then researches the diversified teaching supervision system, including the establishment of diversified supervision agencies, the establishment of multi-level supervision team, scientific teaching supervision system, as well as teaching supervision information construction and many other aspects. The improvement of teaching supervision level will promote the improvement of teaching quality in schools and create core competitiveness for our country in the world talent competition.
