改革开放40年中国教育督导制度回顾与展望 被引量:4

Review and Prospect of Chinese Educational Supervision System over the Past Forty-year Reform and Opening up

摘要 教育督导对我国教育事业发展具有重大意义。我国教育督导制度自1977年恢复以来,经历了三个发展阶段:教育督导制度的恢复与重建(1977-1992)、教育督导制度的改革与发展(1992-2012)、新时代中国特色教育督导制度的建构(2012年至今)。建设中国特色、世界水平的教育督导制度,应以教育事业发展为重心,增强督导机构的独立性与权威性,提高督导队伍的专业化水平,加快督导法制化建设,改进督导方式,健全督导问责机制。 Education supervision is of great significance to the development of education in China. Since its restoration in 1977,China's education supervision system has undergone three stages of development,i.e.the restoration and reconstruction of education supervision system( 1977-1992),the reform and development of education supervision system( 1992-2012),and the construction of educational supervision system with Chinese characteristics in the new era( 2012-now). To build education supervision system with Chinese characteristics and world advanced levels,we should focus on the development of educational undertakings,strengthen the independence and authority of supervision institutions,improve the professional level of the supervision teams,accelerate the construction of the legal system of supervision,innovate the ways of supervision,and improve the supervision and accountability mechanism.
