摘要
劳动教育评价是确保新时代劳动教育有效推进的关键因素,对中小学生劳动素养培养具有重要的导向作用。我国《义务教育劳动课程标准》提出,可利用劳动档案袋有目的地记录学生劳动学习与实践的情况,评价学生的劳动表现。芬兰手工课程作为其劳动教育的重要载体,在评价方面注重以学生为主体,使用电子档案袋持续记录学习过程和手工作品的完成情况,为学生综合素养培养提供指导和反馈。借鉴芬兰的经验,我国中小学劳动教育档案袋评价应以促进学生劳动素养发展为导向,充分发挥学生的主体地位和教师的指导作用,关注学生完整的劳动实践过程,注重评价对学生反思性学习的促进作用。
Labor education assessment is a key factor in the effective promotion of labor education and plays an essential role in guiding students'labor competence development The China's Labor Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)put forward that portfolios can be used to collect and record students'learning and practice information in labor education,and assess students'labor performance.As an important carrier of labor education,the craft education in Finland focuses on using electronic portfolios to continuously record students'learning process and their completion of craft works in order to provide guidance and feedback for the development of students'transversal competences.Based on the experience of using electronic portfolio assessment in the craft education of Finland,following implications can be drawn for labor education assessment in China at the primary and secondary levels:first,labor education assessment in China should aim at developing students'labor competences;second,the dominant role of student and the guiding role of teacher should be both emphasized in the assessment process;third,the content of electronic portfolio should highlight the whole process and integrity of labor practice;last,labor education assessment should evoke student's reflections and critical learning skills.
