摘要 “双减”政策的出台反映了基础教育在为谁培养人、培养什么人和怎样培养人三个方面的本质回归。劳动教育与“双减”政策二者共同指向学生的全面发展,在效能上实现双向耦合。在“双减”政策下重新审视中小学劳动教育的发展机遇,厘清政策出台后中小学劳动教育面临的问题,是实现基础教育高质量发展的应然之举。为使劳动教育更好地助力基础教育全面育人目标的达成,中小学应着力更新劳动教育课程理念、构建多主体育人格局、探索劳动教育评价模式。 The introduction of the"double reduction"policy reflects the essential return of elementary education stage in three aspects:cultivate what kind of people,for what purpose and how to do.Labor education and"double reduction"policy both point to the all-round development of students,and achieve two-way coupling in the efficiency.Under the"double reduction"policy,re-examining the development opportunities of labor education in primary and secondary schools and clarifying the problems faced in the development of labor education in primary and secondary schools after the policy is issued are the inevitable measures to achieve high-quality development of basic education.In order to make labor education better fit the"double reduction"policy and help achieve the goal of all-round education of elementary education stage,primary and secondary schools should update the concept of labor education curriculum,build a multi-subject education pattern and explore the evaluation model of labor education.
