摘要
农耕实践基地是青少年农耕文化教育和“三农”教育的重要载体,同时为盘活农村资源带动乡村经济发展提供了有效途径。为了实现乡村振兴和农耕文化的传承,衢州市积极探索农业研学和农耕实践基地建设,取得了显著成效,但当前农耕实践基地建设仍存在一些问题。本文阐述了乡村振兴战略背景下农耕实践基地建设的必要性,描述了衢州市农耕实践基地建设现状,分析了衢州农耕实践基地建设中存在的问题,提出“强化农耕文化精神指引,明确农耕文化素养人才培养目标;挖掘农耕教育资源,完善农耕实践教学体系;优化农耕实践平台资源配置,提高运营效率与盈利能力”等具体措施,以供借鉴。
The agricultural practice base is an important carrier of agricultural culture education and"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"education for young people,while providing an effective way to revitalize rural resources and drive rural economic development.In order to realize rural revitalization and agricultural culture heritage,Quzhou carried out many active explores of agricultural practice base construction,and has achieved positive results.However,there are still problems.This paper expounds the necessity of agricultural practice base under the policy of rural revitalization strategy,describes the current situation of agricultural practice base construction in Quzhou,analyzes the problems and puts forward specific measures such as"strengthening the guidance of agricultural culture spirit,clarifying the training objectives of agricultural culture attainment;mining agricultural education resources,improving the agricultural practice curriculum system;optimizing the allocation of agricultural practice platform resources,improving operational efficiency and profitability"for reference.
