摘要
2020年11月召开的中央全面依法治国工作会议正式提出“习近平法治思想”,明确了习近平法治思想在全面依法治国、建设法治中国中的指导地位。习近平法治思想是一个完整、全面、系统的体系,包括国内法治及涉外法治两个部分,构成了一个有机的整体,不可分割。国内法治的思想具有基础性价值,而涉外法治的思想则涉及到我国与外部世界的关系,同等重要。在各国命运休戚与共的当今世界,习近平总书记站在全球命运共同体的高度,为全球发展、全球安全、全球治理提出了中国主张。这些主张受到世界上越来越多的国家和人民的认同,是国际法理论与实践在新时代的最新发展,为国际法的发展提出中国方案,贡献了中国智慧。
The Central Work Conference on Comprehensively Governing the Country by Law held in November 2020 officially put forward“Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law”,and clarified the guiding position of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in comprehensively governing the country by law and building China by law.Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is a complete,comprehensive and systematic system,which includes both domestic rule of law and foreign-related rule of law to form an inseparable organic whole.The thought of domestic rule of law is of fundamental value,while the thought of foreign-related rule of law is of equal importance as it relates to the relationship between China and the outside world.In today's world,where all countries share weal and woe,Xi Jinping has put forward China's propositions for global development,global security,and global governance from the perspective of a global community with shared future.These propositions,which are recognized by more and more countries and people in the world,are the latest development of the theory and practice of international law in the new era,putting forward Chinese solutions and contributing Chinese wisdom to the development of international law.
