摘要
功能性肠病伴腹泻是一类消化道系统常见病,其涉及多种病理机制,病情缠绵难愈,严重影响患者身心健康。目前西医以对症治疗为主,难以达及病之本,病情易反复,持久疗效有限,部分药物存在明显不良反应,因此寻求安全且疗效确切的治法仍然是当前持续关注的问题且仍最具挑战性。研究发现参苓白术散应用于腹泻型功能性肠病治疗中,屡屡奏效,且复发率、不良反应发生率更低。现就参苓白术散治疗腹泻型功能性肠病的相关研究进行综述以为腹泻型功能性肠病的有效治疗及参苓白术散的应用和进一步研究提供参考。
Functional bowel diseases with diarrhea is a common disease of the gastrointestinal system,which involves multiple pathological mechanisms and is persistent,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of patients.Currently,western medicine is mainly based on symptomatic treatment,which is difficult to reach the root of the disease,easy to recur,limited lasting efficacy,and some drugs have obvious adverse effects,therefore,the search for safe and effective treatments is still a continuous concern and remains the most challenging.It has been found that Shenling Baizhu San are effective in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant functional bowel diseases,and the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse effects are much lower.Therefore,this paper reviews the research related to the treatment of diarrheal functional bowel diseases with Shenling Baizhu San in order to provide a reference for the effective treatment of diarrheal functional bowel diseases and the promotion of the application of Shenling Baizhu San and further research.
