摘要
目的:探讨黄芪建中汤加减联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿功能性腹泻(FDI)的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年10月唐山弘慈医院收治的85例FDI患儿,根据乱数表法分为两组,对照组(n=42)接受布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,观察组(n=43)接受黄芪建中汤加减联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,对比两组患儿临床疗效和治疗后中医证候积分、大便次数、Bristol大便分型量表(BSFC)评分、血清炎性因子水平、外周血T淋巴细胞、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分、大便次数和血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平明显低于对照组,BSFC评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤加减联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿FDI疗效确切,可明显抑制炎症反应,恢复肠黏膜屏障功能,减少大便次数,改善大便性状,且使用安全,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of using Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Boulardii Yeast Powder in the treatment of children with functional diarrhea(FDI)and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 85 children with FDI admitted to our hospital(from March 2019 to October 2020)were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The controlled group(n=42)received the treatment of Saccharomyces Boulardii Powder,and the observation group(n=43)received Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Boulardii Yeast Powder treatment,the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores,stool frequency,Bristol Stool Type Scale(BSFC)score,serum inflammatory factor levels,peripheral blood T lymphocytes,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of children after treatment.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group’’s TCM syndrome score,stool frequency,serum diamine oxidase(DAO),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)level was significantly lower than the controlled group,and the BSFC score was significantly higher than the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus Jianzhong Decoction combined with Boulardii Yeast Powder has a definite effect in the treatment of children with FDI.It can significantly inhibit inflammation,restore intestinal mucosal barrier function,reduce stool frequency,improve stool characteristics,and is safe to use and worthy of promotion.
