摘要
目的：探讨参苓白术对脾胃虚弱证功能性腹泻的治疗效果及对DAO、TNF-α等炎症因子的影响。方法：2015年8月_2016年12月在医院门诊接受治疗的脾胃虚弱证功能性腹泻患者的将符合标准的80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规药物治疗，观察组在此基础上给予参苓白术治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后DAO、炎症因子水平的差异，比较两组患者治疗前后肠道功能积分、胃肠激素水平的差异。结果：两组患者治疗前DAO、IL-6、hs—CRP和TNF-α水平无差别，治疗后，观察组DAO、IL-6、hs—CRP和TNF-α水平低于对照组；两组患者治疗前症状评分无差别，治疗后，观察组肠呜音积分、腹胀痛积分和胃肠反应积分低于对照组；两组患者治疗前胃肠激素水平无差别，治疗后，观察组GAS、VIP和MOT水平高于对照组；观察组便秘和肝肾功能受损发生率低于对照组。结论：参苓白术对功能性腹泻有较好的治疗效果，可明显降低DAO、TNF-α水平和并发症发生率。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder on functional diarrhea and its effect on DAO, TNF - oL and other inflammatory factors. Methods ： The clinical data of functional diarrhea due to defi- ciency of spleen and stomach who were treated in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment methods. The control group was given routine drug treatment, the observation group received Shenling Baizhu Powder treatment. Re- sults ： There were no differences in DAO, IL - 6, hs - CRP and TNF - alpha levels before and after treatment in the two groups. After treatment, the levels of DAO, IL - 6, hs - CRP and TNF - α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Two groups＇ symptom score had no difference after treatment. The observation group＇ s sounds integral integral, abdominal pain and gastrointestinal reaction score were lower than those of the contro~ group. There was no difference in the levels of gastrointestinal hormones before and after treatment in the two groups. After treatment, the levels of GAS, VIP and MOT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The incidence of con- stipation and impaired liver and kidney function in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Conclu- sion： Shenling Baizhu Powder has better therapeutic effect on functional diarrhea, and can significantly reduce DAO and TNF - α levels and the incidence of complications.
