摘要
和法有广义和狭义之分,狭义的和法单指“汗、吐、下、和、温、清、消、补”八法之一,为六经病中少阳病的治法,广义的和法是指调和之法,通过治疗使人体的气血阴阳重新恢复生理平衡从而治愈疾病。刘凤斌教授在临证时擅长将广义的和法思想贯穿于脾胃病的诊疗之中,着眼于调理全身气血阴阳,恢复脾胃及其他兼涉脏腑的正常生理功能,使机体的内环境重新恢复稳态,故常能取得佳效。文章分析了脾胃系统的生理病理观,并从刘凤斌教授诊治胃食管反流病、慢性萎缩性胃炎、慢性功能性腹泻等脾胃系统常见、疑难病的思路与经验中,探讨刘凤斌教授和法思想在脾胃病中的运用,以促进名医学术思想的传承与交流。
Harmonizing method can be divided into broad sense and narrow sense.The narrow sense of harmonizing method refers to one of the eight methods of“sweating,vomiting,lowering,harmonizing,warming,clearing,eliminating and tonifying”,which is the treatment of Shaoyang diseases in the six meridians disease.The broad sense of harmonizing method refers to the method of reconciliation,which can restore the physiological balance of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang of the human body through the treatment,so as to cure the disease.Professor LIU Fengbin is good at applying the broad idea of harmonizing method to the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in the clinic,focusing on regulating Yin and Yang,Qi and blood in the whole body,restoring the normal physiological functions of the spleen and stomach and other Zang-Fu organs,and restoring the internal environment of the body to maintain a steady state,and so the treatment can often achieve good results.This paper analyzed the physiological and pathological views of the spleen and stomach system,and discussed the application of Professor LIU Fengbin′s thought of harmonizing method in the spleen and stomach diseases and the experience on the diagnosis and treatment of common and difficult diseases of the spleen and stomach system,such as gastroesophageal reflux disease,chronic atrophic gastritis,chronic functional diarrhea,in order to promote the inheritance and exchange of academic ideas of famous doctors.
