摘要
目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合穴位微波理疗在儿童功能性腹泻(FD)中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年9月收治的FD患儿80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷联合穴位微波理疗干预。比较两组干预效果、排便情况及干预满意度。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预7 d后,两组排便次数较干预前及干预3 d后减少,且观察组少于对照组;两组大便性状评分较干预前及干预3 d后降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FD患儿采用穴位贴敷联合穴位微波理疗中医护理技术干预可改善患儿临床症状,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint microwave physiotherapy in children with functional diarrhea(FD).Methods:A total of 80 FD children admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing.Based on this,the observation group was treated with acupuncture point application combined with acupuncture point microwave physiotherapy.The intervention effect,defecation and intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the number of defecation in both groups was successively decreased compared with before intervention and after 3 d of intervention,and the observation group was less than the control group.The score of stool traits in both groups was successively decreased compared with before intervention and after 3 d of intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint microwave physiotherapy in children with FD is satisfactory,which can improve the clinical symptoms of children and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
