碳酸司维拉姆联合血液透析对慢性肾衰竭患者炎症因子和钙磷代谢水平的影响 被引量:3

Effects of seviram carbonate on inflammatory response and calcium,phosphorus metabolism in patients with chronic renal fail-ure undergoing hemodialysis

摘要 目的探讨碳酸司维拉姆联合血液透析对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者炎症因子和钙磷代谢水平的影响。方法选择2020年4月至2022年6月阜阳市第五人民医院CRF患者86例,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采用血液透析治疗,观察组采用碳酸司维拉姆联合血液透析治疗,疗程2周。比较两组患者疗效以及治疗前后CRP、肾功能[尿素氮(BUN)和血肌酐(Scr)]和钙磷代谢[血磷、血钙和全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)]水平变化。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后CRP水平较治疗前均降低(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Scr和BUN水平较治疗前均降低(均P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后Scr和BUN水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血磷和iPTH水平较治疗前均降低(均P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血钙水平高于对照组,而血磷和iPTH水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论碳酸司维拉姆联合血液透析对CRF患者疗效显著,可减轻炎性反应,改善患者钙磷代谢失衡状况。 Objective To investigate the effects of seviram carbonate on inflammatory response and calcium,phosphorus metabolism in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)undergoing hemodialysis.Methods Eighty-six CRF patients undergoing hemadialysis in Fuyang Fifth People's Hospital from April 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 43 patients in each group.The study group received hemodialysis and seviram carbonate and the control group received hemodialysis alone for 2 weeks.The efficacy of treatment,the serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Scr),and blood phosphorus,blood calcium,and intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)were measured and compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum CRP,Scr and BUN levels were decreased in both groups compared to those before treatment(all P<0.05),while the levels in study group was lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the blood calcium levels were increased,blood phosphorus and iPTH levels were decreased in both groups compared to those before treatment,while blood calcium levels were higher,blood phosphorus and iPTH levels were lower in study group than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Seviram carbonate can reduce inflammatory reaction and improve calcium and phosphorus metabolism in CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis.
