摘要
目的 研究血液透析联合血液滤过在终末期肾病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年8月-2021年8月在我院接受治疗的80例终末期肾脏疾病患者,根据随机入院分组将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组行血液透析治疗,研究组行血液透析联合血液滤过治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后透析临床指标、营养指标及炎症指标。结果 治疗后,研究组血肌酐等透析指标水平分别为(509.54±4.23)umol/L、(27.04±3.12)mmol/L、(483.54±6.34)pg/m L,改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清白蛋白等营养指标水平分别为(33.46±3.42)g/L、(186.54±6.32)g/L、(240.36±39.24)ng/L,改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组C-反应蛋白等炎症指标水平分别为(11.45±3.21)ng/L、(131.32±13.12)ng/L、(685.34±9.21)ng/L,改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 血液透析联合血液滤过治疗终末期肾病患者效果较好,可以有效提升透析治疗充分性,从而改善炎症指标,从而改善患者的营养状态。
Objective: To study the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemofiltration on patients with end-stage renal disease. Methods: 80 patients with end-stage renal disease treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with hemodialysis and the study group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemofiltration. The dialysis clinical indexes,nutritional indexes and inflammatory indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the levels of serum creatinine and other dialysis indexes in the study group were(509.54 ±4.23) umol/L,(27.04±3.12) mmol/L and(483.54±6.34) pg/ml, respectively, and the improvement was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum albumin and other nutritional indexes in the study group were(33.46±3.42) g/L,(186.54±6.32) g/L and(240.36±39.24) ng/L, respectively, and the improvement was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein and other inflammatory indexes in the study group were(11.45±3.21) ng/L,(131.32±13.12) ng/L and(685.34±9.21) ng/L, respectively, and the improvement was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hemodialysis combined with hemofiltration is effective in the treatment of patients with end-stage renal disease, which can effectively improve the adequacy of dialysis,improve inflammatory indexes, thus improving the nutritional status of patients.
