摘要
目的研究优质护理联合心理干预对血液透析患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2021年11月在我院接受血液透析治疗的62例患者,根据入院随机编号将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行优质护理联合心理干预,观察两组患者护理前、护理两周时心理状态及生活质量对比。结果护理两周时,研究组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护理两周时,研究组SF-36量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对血液透析患者应用优质护理联合心理干预,可以有效地改善患者焦虑抑郁情况,从而提升其生活质量。
Objective:To study the effect of high-quality nursing combined with psychological intervention on the psychological state of hemodialysis patients.Methods:62 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2021 were selected,and were randomly divided into a study group and a control group according to the admission random number,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received high-quality nursing combined with psychological intervention.The psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were observed before and two weeks after nursing.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After two weeks of nursing,the score of SF-36 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of hemodialysis patients,thus improving their quality of life.
