摘要
目的研究团队认知行为干预在血液透析患者护理中应用价值。方法选取2020年2月-2022年2月在我院接受血液透析治疗的126例患者,根据随机数字表达法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各63例。对照组行常规护理干预,研究组行团队认知行为干预,观察两组患者干预前后心理状态及营养状况。结果干预前,两组患者第二版贝克抑郁量表(Beck depression inventory-Ⅱ,BDI-Ⅱ)评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组BDI-Ⅱ评分为(17.21±2.32)分显著低于对照组(18.67±2.36)分(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者营养不良发生率分别为41.27%、38.10%,两组对比无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组营养不良发生率为7.94%显著低于对照组22.22%(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者行团队认知行为干预效果较好,可显著改善患者心理状态和营养状况。
Objective:To study the application value of team cognitive behavior intervention in the nursing of hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 126 patients who received hemodialysis in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected,and were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number expression,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given team cognitive behavior intervention.The psychological status and nutritional status of the two groups before and after the intervention were observed.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of Beck depression inventory-II(BDI-II)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the BDI-II score of the study group was(17.21±2.32)points significantly lower than that of the control group(18.67±2.36)points(P<0.05).Before intervention,the incidence of malnutrition in the two groups was 41.27%and 38.10%,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the incidence of malnutrition in the study group was 7.94%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Team cognitive behavior intervention is effective for hemodialysis patients,which can significantly improve their psychological state and nutritional status.
