摘要
目的研究团队合作舒适护理干预在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月-2021年6月在我院接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的80例子宫肌瘤患者,根据随机数字表达法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组行常规护理干预,研究组行团队合作舒适护理干预,观察两组患者术后康复情况,术后即刻、术后12 h、24 h疼痛情况及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者自主呼吸时间对比无显著差异(P>0.05),研究组手术时间、呼之睁眼时间、气管拔管时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后12 h、24 h,研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为2.50%低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者行团队合作舒适护理干预可有效降低其术后并发症的发生风险,从而提升患者术后恢复水平。
Objective:To study the effect of team cooperation and comfort nursing intervention on patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids who received laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected,and were divided into the control group and study group according to random number expression,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given team cooperation and comfort nursing intervention.The postoperative rehabilitation,pain,and complications immediately,at 12 h and 24 h after surgery were observed in both groups.Results:There was no significant difference in spontaneous respiration time between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time,the time of eyes open and extubation time in study group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 12 h and 24 h postoperatively(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.50%lower than that in the control group(20.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Team cooperation and comfort nursing intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve their postoperative recovery.
