摘要
目的研究认知行为护理对慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者肾功能的影响。方法选取2019年7月-2021年7月在我院接受血液透析治疗的60例慢性肾衰竭患者,根据随机数字表达法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行认知行为护理。观察两组患者护理前后肾功能指标变化及生活质量。结果护理后,研究组血肌酐、尿素氮等肾功能指标水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组慢性肾衰竭患者生命质量测定量表(QLICD-CRF)4维度评分及总评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾功能血液透析患者行认知行为护理可有效改善患者肾功能指标,从而提升其生活质量。
Objective:To study the effect of cognitive behavior nursing on renal function in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic renal failure who received hemodialysis in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected,and were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number expression,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the study group was given cognitive behavioral nursing.The changes of renal function and quality of life were observed before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the 4 dimensions score and total score of quality of life instrument for patients with chronic renal failure(QLICD-CRF)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive-behavioral nursing for hemodialysis patients with chronic renal function can effectively improve the indicators of renal function and enhance their quality of life.
