摘要
基于国内24所涉农高校调研数据发现,畜牧领域专业学位研究生教育存在着培养目标定位不清,培养模式照搬学术型研究生教育等诸多问题,这与我国高等教育建设“双一流”的目标不符。建议在“双一流”目标的引领下,立足我国畜牧产业发展特点与需求,精准定位专业学位建设内涵,创新人才培养模式;优化招生方式,畅通学历提升通道;加强“实践型”导师队伍建设和管理,突出物质奖励;加强基地建设,落实实践教学根本任务;提高校企协同育人水平,提升课程教学效果;破除科研论文导向,建立健全多元化的专业学位教育质量评价体系,以此推动我国畜牧领域专业学位研究生教育的发展和“双一流”建设。
Based on the survey data of 24 agricultural colleges and universities in China,it is found that there are many problems in the postgraduate education of professional degrees in the field of animal husbandry,such as unclear positioning of training objectives,following the traditional training mode or even copying the ideas of academic postgraduate education,and this is inconsistent with the goal of“double first-class”construction of Chinese higher education.Under the guidance of the“double first-class”goal,based on the development characteristics and needs of our country s animal husbandry industry,it should accurately locate the connotation of professional degree construction,innovate the talent training mode;optimize the enrollment method and smooth the channels for academic advancement;improve the construction and management of“practical”tutors,and highlight material rewards;strengthen base construction,and implement the fundamental tasks of practical teaching;improve school-enterprise collaborative education thus improving the effectiveness of course teaching;eliminate the evaluation orientation of prioritizing scientific research papers and establish and improve a diversified professional degree education quality evaluation system,and finally promote the development of professional degree postgraduate education in the field of animal husbandry and the higher construction level of“double first-class”.
