摘要
质量是研究生教育的生命线,而研究生导师又是影响研究生教育质量的主要因素。针对目前研究生导师评价理论依据的缺乏,科学性和合理性有待提高的现状,试图将胜任特征理念引入研究生导师评价中。在文献研究和对研究生导师访谈和问卷调查的基础上,建立了5个维度、18个因素的研究生导师胜任特征模型。
Quality is the lifeline of graduate education,while the tutor is also affecting the quality of graduate education a major. This article tries to introduce competency ideas into the graduate tutors’evaluation according to the current lacking of theoretical basis and the status of science and rationality which needs to be improved. On the basis of literature, tutor interviews and questionaives,this paper establishes this kind of graduate tutors’competency model which indudes 5 dimensions and 18 factors.
