摘要
通过对我国24所涉农高校调研发现,畜牧领域专业学位研究生实践基地的建设主体与功能定位不清,建设水平参差不齐,缺乏长效运行机制与政府参与,且双导师制不完善,并存在人畜共患病这一特殊的风险隐患。涉农高校应精准把握专业学位建设内涵,立足地方畜牧特色、优势,构建具有多元化的培养模式;与地方政府协作,以评促建,以奖代投,引导导师—企业加强基地建设;强化实践效果考核,通过成本补偿保障基地长效运行;实施督导制,强化人才质量控制;突出物质奖励,激发导师指导的积极性;建立健全容错机制,打消实践教学“最后一公里”心理障碍,全面提高专业学位研究生的教育质量。
The investigation of 24 agricultural colleges and universities in China finds that the construction subject and function orientation of the practice base for professional degree postgraduates in Animal Husbandry is unclear,and the construction level is uneven.The study finds that the practice base lacks long-term operation mechanisms and government participation,the double tutorial system needs to be fixed,and there is a particular risk of zoonosis.Agriculture-related colleges and universities should accurately grasp the connotation of professional degree construction and build a diversified training model based on the characteristics and advantages of local animal husbandry;cooperate with local governments,promote construction through evaluation,and use awards instead of investment to guide mentorsenterprises to strengthen base construction;strengthen practical effect assessment,ensure long-term operation of the base through cost compensation;implement supervision system to strengthen quality control of talents;highlight material rewards to stimulate the enthusiasm of mentors for guidance;establish and improve the fault-melting mechanism to eliminate the last mile of psychological obstacles in practical teaching,thus comprehensively improve the education quality of the professional degree postgraduates.
