学术型研究生教育探究性本质:逻辑、要求、悖离与回归

摘要 知识逻辑、学科逻辑、社会逻辑、创造逻辑共同决定了学术型研究生教育的探究性本质,蕴含着对学术型研究生教育目标创新性、内容前沿性、方式研讨性、成果创造性的内在要求。但实践中仍存在攻读学位的功利性悖离教育目标的创新性、课程教学的陈旧性悖离教育内容的前沿性、指导教师的权威性悖离教育主体的平等性、研究成果的平淡性悖离教育成果的创造性等问题,需要改革招生选拔制度,创新课程教学体系,建构平等导学关系,严把毕业出口质量,强化责任使命教育,从而实现学术型研究生教育探究性本质的回归。 Knowledge logic,discipline logic,social logic,and creation logic jointly determine the exploratory nature of academic postgraduate education,and contain the internal requirements for the innovation of academic postgraduate education objectives,content frontier,method discussion,and achievement creativity.However,there are still problems in practice,such as the utilitarianism of studying for degrees against the innovation of educational objectives,the obsolescence of curriculum teaching against the forefront of educational content,the authority of instructors against the equality of educational subjects,and the insipidity of research results against the creativity of educational achievements.It is necessary to reform the enrollment and selection system,innovate the curriculum teaching system,construct equal guidance relationship,strictly control the quality of graduation so as to return,strengthen responsibility and mission education to the exploratory nature of academic postgraduate education.
