摘要 文章以国家试点学院作为典型案例,从职能管理架构、遴选退出机制、贯通课程体系、学分申请互认等多个方面对本硕博一体化的教学服务管理制度进行设计与优化。通过建立健全政策沟通、方案互通、环节融通、路径畅通的本硕博一体化培养管理体制机制,真正打破本科生基础型教育和研究生研讨型教育间的壁垒,实现两者无缝衔接,更加高效地支撑以纳米科技领域为代表的新兴交叉学科拔尖创新人才的挖掘和培育,为其本硕博一体化培养的优化管理提供有益参考。 Taking the national pilot college as a typical case,this study aims to design and optimize the“undergraduate-postgraduate-doctorate integrated training program”from the perspectives of program management,selection and withdrawal mechanism,coherent curriculum construction,credit transfer,etc.By improving the policy communication,training plan consistency and smoothness of the pathway within the program,we can break the barriers between the basic undergraduate education and the research-oriented postgraduate education,and realize the seamless transition between the two stages,so as to effectively support the cultivation of top innovative talents in the field of nano technology.This study also provides further reference for optimizing the management of the undergraduate-postgraduate-doctoral integrated training program of emerging interdisciplinary disciplines.
