基于“3+1+1+X”弹性培养模式下的本硕博一体化课程体系探究——以地质资源与地质工程专业为例 被引量:7

摘要 在课程思政新时代教育理念背景下,针对当前本硕博贯通培养过程中存在的问题,在尊循以人为本的科学发展观、人才个性化成长规律及基础性、连贯性和层次性的课程一体化建设原则的基础上,提出建立“3+1+1+X”本硕博贯通的动态分流弹性培养模式。基于此模式,以地质资源与地质工程专业为例,探索建立本硕博一体化的培养课程体系。这种弹性模式下的课程体系对培养高层次创新人才具有重要意义。 Under the background of the education concept of curriculum ideology and politics in the new era, aiming at the problems existing in the current training process of bachelors, masters and doctors, this paper proposes to establish a dynamic, consistent and flexible "3+1+1+X " training mode based on respecting the people-oriented scientific outlook on development, the law of personalized growth of talents and the principles of basic, consistent and hierarchical curriculum integration and construction. Based on this mode, taking the major of geology resource and geology engineering as an example, this paper explores the establishment of an integrated curriculum system for bachelors, masters and doctors. This flexible curriculum system is of great significance for the training of innovative talents.
