Evaluation of the New College Entrance Examination Reform Based on a Multi-group Analysis

摘要 探究不同群体对新高考改革的评价直接影响着后续改革是重构式颠覆性改革还是渐进式完善性改革。采用多群组分析框架进行研究发现,大学教师、大学生、高中教师、高中生、家长、社会人士六类群体对新高考改革成效与必要性的评价均趋于正面,各群体之间存在显著差异且大多数群体在两两之间均存在显著差异。经历新高考改革的亚群体对新高考制度包括选科制度、招生录取制度的评价亦均趋于正面,五类亚群体之间同样存在显著差异且大多数群体在两两之间均存在显著差异。大学生、高中教师总体上对新高考改革的认可度更高,社会人士对新高考改革必要性的认可度更高但对新高考改革成效的认可度更低,大学教师对新高考制度包括选科制度、招生录取制度的认可度更低。要推动新高考改革取得更好的预期成效,既需进一步权衡群体利益冲突、调和群体认知分歧,亦要在研究、宣传两个维度上持续发力。 Explores the evaluation of different groups on the new college entrance examination reform affects whether the subsequent reform is a reconstructive and disruptive reform or a gradual and comprehensive reform.Using a multi-group analysis framework,the findings indicate that the evaluation of the effectiveness and necessity of the new college entrance examination reform by six groups,including university teachers,university students,high school teachers,high school students,parents,and social figures,tends to be positive.There are significant differences between each group,and most groups have significant differences between pairs.The evaluation of the new college entrance examination system,including the subject selection system and the admission system,by the subgroups that have undergone the reform of the new college entrance examination also tends to be positive.There are also significant differences among the five subgroups,and most groups have significant differences between pairs.University students and high school teachers generally have a higher recognition of the new college entrance examination reform,while society figures has a higher recognition of the necessity of the reform and a lower recognition of the effectiveness of the reform.University teachers have a lower recognition of the new college entrance examination system,including the subject selection system and the admission system.To achieve better expected results in promoting the reform of the new college entrance examination,it is necessary to further balance group conflicts of interest,coordinate group cognitive differences,and continue to exert efforts in both research and publicity dimensions.
