不同学科在线教学满意度及持续使用意愿——基于技术接受模型(TAM)的实证分析 被引量:63

A Probe into the Satisfaction with Online Teaching of Different Subjects and the Willingness to Continue Using It——An Empirical Analysis Based on the Technology Acceptance Model

摘要 基于厦门大学教师发展中心发布的《疫情时期大学生线上学习调查分析报告》,按照纯硬科学、纯软科学、应用硬科学和应用软科学这四类学科,分别实施在线教学满意度及持续使用意愿调研,并基于TAM,研究感知有用性、感知易用性、外部环境对不同学科在线教学满意度及持续使用意愿的影响及其路径。结果表明:在线教学满意度总体较好,但低于线下教学满意度;在线教学持续使用意愿普遍偏低;影响在线教学满意度的因素依次是感知有用性、感知易用性和外部环境,影响持续使用意愿的因素依次是教学满意度、感知有用性、外部环境和感知易用性;感知易用性对在线教学持续使用意愿有弱负相关作用。在后疫情时代,在线教育需要强调对情境的重新审视和持续开发,依据不同学科的学理内涵进行系统性在线课程设计,有针对性地改善不同学科在线教育原有的教学理念、学科结构和组织形式,建设线上线下相结合的创新型、混合式教学体系。 This study,based on the "Survey and Analysis Report on Online Learning of College Students During the Epidemic Period" issued by the Teacher Development Center of Xiamen University,made a survey of a certain number of teachers and students studying or majoring in such disciplines as pure hard science,pure soft science,applied hard science and applied soft science,analyzed their satisfaction with online teaching and their willingness to continue using it,and based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),explored the effect of perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and the external environment on the satisfaction with the online teaching of different disciplines and the willingness to continue use online teaching,as well as the specific approaches. The results show the following:On the whole,the participants showed a high level of satisfaction with online teaching,but they showed a lower level of satisfaction with online teaching than with offline teaching;they showed a low level of willingness to continue using online teaching;the factors affecting the satisfaction with online teaching included perceived usefulness,followed by perceived ease of use,and the external environment,and the factors affecting the willingness to continue using online teaching included satisfaction with teaching,followed by perceived usefulness,the external environment,and perceived ease of use;and perceived ease of use had a weak negative correlation with the willingness to continue using online teaching.Therefore,in the post-epidemic era,online education needs to emphasize re-examining and unremittingly developing teaching situations,design the systemized online curriculum based on the academic connotations of different disciplines,update the teaching ideas,the disciplinary structures,and the organizational forms of the online education for different disciplines,and establish an innovative and hybrid teaching system combining online teaching and offline teaching.
