“双减”背景下学科类隐形变异培训:现象、成因与治理

摘要 “双减”政策实施以来,学科类隐形变异培训乱象层出不穷,给学生、学校、社会等带来诸多不良影响。学科类隐形变异培训乱象的原因在于部分家长受教育焦虑的宰制、教育评价范式转型中的冲突、培训机构失业教师的生存之迫、“隐形变异”属性带来的治理挑战。为了有效治理学科类隐形变异培训,亟须树立正确的教育观念,缓解家长教育焦虑;大力倡导新教育评价理念,纾解教育评价范式转型中的冲突;加强失业教师的质变学习,提升失业教师的再就业素养;构建“预防—发现—查处”治理机制,有效破除“隐形变异”难题。 Since the implementation of the“Double Reduction”policy,the phenomenon of hidden and variable subjectbased tutoring has emerged frequently,causing numerous negative impacts on students,school education,and society.The reasons behind this phenomenon include parents being dominated by educational anxiety,conflicts arising during the transition of educational evaluation paradigms,the survival pressures of unemployed teachers in tutoring institutions,and the governance challenges posed by the“hidden and variable”nature of such tutoring.In order to effectively govern subject-based hidden and variable tutoring,it is necessary to establish a correct concept of education,alleviate parental educational anxiety,vigorously advocate the concept of new educational evaluation to resolve the conflict during the paradigm transition,enhance the quality of training for unemployed teachers to improve their reemployment capabilities and build a governance mechanism of“preventiondetection-punishment”to effectively address the issue of“hidden and variable”tutoring.
