摘要
教育评价的时代已经来临,我国教育评价理论研究亦步入新时期,对教育评价时代的认识与把握成为新的重要议题。教育评价时代表现为频繁活跃的教育评价活动、精密科学的教育评价专业化和教育评价现象的普遍化,深刻反映出新时代我国教育民主文化的发展和教育评价共同体的逐步形成。迈入教育评价时代,同时也要警惕教育评价时代潜在的过度化“、客观化”与支配化风险。为建设美好的教育评价时代,必须建构教育评价时代的风险防控策略,确立教育评价时代的“度”,遵循教育评价“美的规律”,释放教育实践活力;反思教育评价的科学主义和技术傲慢,坚守评价效度,秉持价值自觉;发展教育评价中的平等对话机制,推进教育评价中的民主政治文化建设。根本上,必须将教师、学生和家长在教育评价中体验到的满意度、幸福感和成就感,作为衡量教育评价时代是否美好的根本尺度。
The era of educational evaluation has arrived.The theoretical study of educational evaluation has entered the new period,and the understanding and grasp of the era of educational evaluation become the new important issue.In the era of educational evaluation,there are many educational evaluation activities and the universalization of educational evaluation,which reflect the development of Chinese educational democracy culture and the formation of educational evaluation community.In the era of educational evaluation,there are three potential risks:overturning,“objectification”and hegemony.In order to build a better educational evaluation era,it is necessary to construct the risk prevention and control strategy,establish the“degree”of educational evaluation era,follow the“law of beauty”of educational evaluation,and release the vitality of educational practice.Rethink scientism and technical arrogance of educational evaluation,stick to evaluation validity and value consciousness;To develop the equal dialogue mechanism in educational evaluation and promote the construction of democratic politics and culture in educational evaluation.Fundamentally,the happiness and sense of achievement experienced by teachers,students and parents in educational evaluation must be taken as the fundamental measure to measure whether the era of educational evaluation is beautiful.
