摘要
目的分析2010—2020年青海省5岁以下儿童其他感染性腹泻病(other infectious diarrhea diseases,OIDD)流行病学特征,为儿童腹泻防制提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法和集中度法对青海省5岁以下儿童2010—2020年OIDD病例进行分析。结果2010—2020年青海省共报告5岁以下儿童OIDD 39242例,男女性别比为1.59∶1,发病率424.14/10万~964.25/10万,年均发病率为739.05/10万。发病率居前3的年份为2020、2016和2017年,11月至次年1月为发病主高峰,4~6月为次高峰;0~<1岁年龄组发病率最高,0~<2岁儿童发病率占93.13%,西宁市和海东市的病例占83.82%;有明确病原学诊断病例占5.89%(2311/39242),此类病例由2010年的1例增加至2020年的1953例,病原体型别以轮状病毒(2254例)、轮状病毒+腺病毒(51例)和沙门菌(6例)为主。2010—2020年青海省5岁以下儿童OIDD发病有一定季节性,集中度M值分别为1.00、0.64、0.77、0.58、0.83、0.19、0.77、0.21、0.94、1.00和0.31,M_(11年合计值)=0.36。结论青海省5岁以下儿童OIDD发病率2020年最高,以秋冬季为主高峰、春夏季为次高峰,季节性由秋冬季多发转为全季节蔓延。2岁以下儿童及西宁市和海东市应重点防控OIDD,主要病原体型别为轮状病毒,细菌以沙门菌为主。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea diseases(OIDD)in children under 5 years old in Qinghai Province from 2010 to 2020,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of diarrhea in children.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods and concentration degree method were used to analyze the OIDD cases of children under 5 years old in Qinghai Province from 2010 to 2020.Results From 2010 to 2020,a total of 39242 cases of OIDD in children under 5 years old were reported in Qinghai Province,with a male-female sex ratio of 1.59:1.The incidence ranged from 424.14/100000 to 964.25/100000 with an average annual incidence of 739.05/100000.The top 3 morbidity rates occurred in 2020,2016 and 2017.The main peak of incidence was from November to January of the next year,and the secondary peak was from April to June.The incidence of O-<1 year age group was the highest,and the incidence of O-<2 years old children accounted for 93.13%.The cases in Xining City and Haidong City accounted for 83.82%of the total cases.The cases with definite etiological diagnosis accounted for 5.89%(2311/39242),and the number of such cases increased from 1 case in 2010 to 1953 cases in 2020.The main disease types were Rotavirus(2254 cases),Rotavirus+Adenovirus(51 cases)and Salmonella(6 cases).From 2010 to 2020,the incidence of OIDD in children under 5 years old in Qinghai Province was seasonal,and the concentration degree M value was 1.00,0.64,0.77,0.58,0.83,0.19,0.77,0.21,0.94,1.00 and 0.31,respectively.The total value of Mu-yeroa was O.36.ConclusionThe incidence of OIDD in children under 5 years of age in Qinghai Province is the highest in 2020,with a main peak in autumn and winter and a secondary peak in spring and summer,and the seasonal trend changed from frequent occurrence in autumn and winter to a spread throughout the whole year.Children under 2 years old and Xining City and Haidong City should be given priority on prevention and control of OIDD.Rotavirus as the main pathogen type an
