2015—2019年江门市农村饮用水水质与介水传染病相关性研究 被引量:3

Correlation Between Quality of Drinking Water and Water-Borne Infection in Rural Area of Jiangmen,2015-2019

摘要 目的探究江门市农村饮用水(简称“农饮水”)水质微生物和消毒剂指标卫生情况与当地介水性传染病发病率间相关性,为研究当地水质卫生状况对介水性传染病的影响从而提高当地农饮水水质提供依据。方法搜集本地2015—2019年农村地区管网末梢水微生物和消毒剂指标监测数据,并从中国疾病预防控制信息系统导出同时间段本地区的伤寒、副伤寒、痢疾、其他感染性腹泻四种法定介水性传染病监测数据。使用Spearman等级相关对当地农饮水微生物和消毒剂指标合格率与四种介水性传染病发病率进行相关分析。结果2015—2019年,共采集江门市农村管网末梢水592份。历年的微生物指标合格率分别为71.51%、79.73%、77.42%、75.09%和75.76%,消毒剂指标合格率分别为62.32%、68.51%、65.72%、65.38%和64.87%,两类指标呈正相关关系(rs=0.97,P=0.01)。四种介水性传染病中,发病率最高的是2019年的其他感染性腹泻(22.30/105),最低是2015年和2017年的副伤寒(0.00/105)。农饮水消毒剂指标合格率与其他感染性腹泻发病率呈正相关关系(rs=1.0,P<0.05)。结论江门市农饮水水质存在微生物污染情况,消毒措施需提高。当地四种介水性传染病发病率与当地农饮水水质受微生物污染和消毒不达标的相关性不显著,这可能与当地居民良好的饮水习惯相关。但为进一步保障当地农饮水安全,建议需加强当地农饮水卫生。 Objective To explore the correlation between the quality of drinking water and the incidence rate of water-borne infection in rural area of Jiangmen,and to provide evidence for the study of the influence of local water quality on the incidence of water-borne infection and the improvement of the quality of drinking water in rural areas.Methods The surveillance data of microorganisms and disinfectants in the end water of pipe network of rural areas from 2015 to 2019 were collected,and the surveillance data of typhoid fever,paratyphoid fever,dysentery,and other infectious diarrhea in the same period of time were derived from China Disease Prevention and Control Information System.Correlation analysis was conducted between the qualified rate of microbes and disinfectant indicators of local drinking water and the incidence rate of four water-borne infection by using Spearman rank correlation.Results From 2015 to 2019,a total of 592 water samples were collected from the rural pipe network in Jiangmen City.The qualified rates of microbial indicators were 71.51%,79.73%,77.42%,75.09%,and 75.76%,respectively.The qualified rates of disinfectants were 62.32%,68.51%,65.72%,65.38%,and 64.87%,respectively.There was a positive correlation between the two indicators(rs=0.97,P=0.01).Among the four water borne infectious diseases,the highest incidence rate was other infectious diarrhea in 2019(22.30/105),and the lowest was paratyphoid fever(0.00/105)in 2015 and 2017.The qualified rate of indicators for drinking water disinfectant was positively correlated with the incidence rate of other infectious diarrhea(rs=1.0,P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of drinking water in rural area of Jiangmen is polluted by microorganisms,and disinfection measures should be improved.The incidence rate of four water-borne infection is not significantly related to the local drinking water quality which is affected by microbial contamination and disinfection,and this may be related to the good drinking habits of local residents.However,in order to further
