摘要
目的了解北京市西城区白纸坊地区0~6岁儿童传染病发病情况,为有针对性地开展学龄前儿童传染病防控提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学分析方法对2014-2018年白纸坊地区0~6岁儿童传染病资料进行分析。结果白纸坊地区0~6岁儿童共报告法定传染病病例804例,男女发病率差异有统计学意义,发病构成以手足口病为主(41.29%),其次是流感(26.12%),不同年份间疾病构成存在差异;本市与外地户籍间、散居与托幼儿童间的传染病发病谱差异均有统计学意义。与2014-2016年相比,2017年和2018年手足口病和水痘发病例数减少,流感和猩红热发病例数增加。结论白纸坊地区学龄前儿童传染病以手足口病和流感为主,根据疾病的流行特点,6月、7月应重点防控手足口病,12月~次年3月重点防控流感,托幼机构需重点防控手足口病和集中发热疫情。
Objective To get an insight into the incidence of infectious diseases among children aged 0~6 years in Baizhifang District in Xicheng of Beijing,and to provide a basis for targeted prevention and control of infectious diseases in preschool children.Methods The descriptive epidemiological analysis method was used to analyze the infectious diseases of children aged 0~6 years in Baizhifang District in 2014-2018.Results A total of 804 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in children aged 0~6 years in Baizhifang District,with statistically significant difference in the incidence of male and female.Hand-foot-mouth disease(41.29%)was the main disease,followed by influenza(26.12%),and there were differences in disease composition among different years.There were significant differences in the incidence spectrum of infectious diseases between local and foreign household registration,diaspora and nursery children.Compared with 2014-2016,the number of cases of hand-foot-mouth disease and varicella decreased in 2017 and 2018,while the number of cases of influenza and scarlet fever increased.Conclusion Hand-foot-mouth disease and influenza are the main infectious diseases of preschool children in Baizhifang District.According to the epidemic characteristics of the disease,it is important to focus on prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease in June and July,and influenza from December to March of the following year.Childcare institutions need to focus on prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease and concentrated fever.
