摘要
地方本科院校应用型转型是国家高等教育改革的重心之一,如何培养更多更好的应用型人才又是当今高校教学改革的一大难点。为此,项目教学也需要转型发展,需要构建“基于人全面发展”的项目教学与应用型人才培养“双极”协同发展体系。该体系具体为“三性一体化”功能性培养与“四类并举型”项目教学操作平台协同发展的“双极”教学模式。“三性一体化”的功能性培养是:辅助性培养、拓展性培养、跨越性培养;“四类并举型”项目教学操作平台是:任务驱动型、对象服务型、问题解决型、学程推进型。项目教学与应用型人才培养“双极”协同发展体系对于高校人才培养有重要的推动意义。
The transformation and construction of application-oriented local undergraduate colleges are one of the central aspects of the national higher education reform.Effectively cultivating more and better applicationoriented talents has become a significant challenge in the current teaching reform in universities.Consequently,project-based learning also requires transformation and development,aiming to establish a"people-oriented allround development"system that synergizes project-based teaching with application-oriented talent cultivation.This system adopts a"bipolar"teaching approach,combining"three aspects integration"of functional training with the"four categories simultaneously development"of project-based learning and operation platforms.The"three aspects integration"functional training comprises auxiliary training,expanding training,and leaping training,while the"four categories simultaneously development"project-based teaching and operation platforms include task-driven,object service,problem-solving,and learning process propelling aspects.The establishment of this"bipolar"collaborative development system for project-based learning and application-oriented talent cultivation holds significant implications for talent development in higher education.
