摘要
法律职业伦理课程思政需要弥合专业知识与价值信仰间的割裂,破除理论传授与能力践履间的壁垒。但法律职业的规范价值和德性要义不能强制灌输,倡导由个体自主建构意义的建构主义理论为思政教育改革提供了新的视角。其应用时的基本路径在于培养学生的伦理问题意识和伦理判断能力,使之自觉践行职业行为的科学性追求,增强其对整个法律实践之道德吸引力负责的使命感。
The ideological and political education of the legal professional ethics course needs to bridge the separation of professional knowledge and ethical norms,and eliminate the barriers between theoretical teaching and ethical practice.However,the normative value and virtue of the legal profession cannot be forced to instill.The constructivist theory that advocates the independent construction of meaning by individuals provides a new perspective for teaching reform.It can focus on improving students' problem consciousness,ethical reasoning and selectivity,and promote students to practice the scientific pursuit of professional behavior,enhance the sense of responsibility for the moral attraction of the whole legal practice.
