摘要
自习近平总书记提出要使各类课程与思想政治理论课形成协同效应,“德法兼修”的法学教育理念开始占据主导地位。在法学专业体系中落实思政教育理念,法律职业伦理课程具有其特有的优势。要在课程中构建“大思政”格局,教学改革必须有所突破。一要打破法学教育原有的思维壁垒,提倡“德性”培育;二要采用多元化的教学方式,深入挖掘课程中的思想政治资源,重视从实践中把握思政理念;三要培育具备思政教育能力的法学专业教师,并建立综合考评机制,激发思政教育在课程中的潜力。
As General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that various courses and ideological and political theory courses create synergy,the legal education concept of“combining morality and law”began to dominate.Implementing the ideological and political education concept in the legal professional system,the legal professional ethics course has its unique advantages.To combine ideological and political education in the curriculum,we have to make a breakthrough in teaching reform.First,it is necessary to break the original thinking barriers of law education and strengthen moral education.Second,we must adopt a variety of teaching methods,deeply explore the ideological and political resources in the curriculum,attach importance to the practical teaching model,and encourage ideological and political ideas from practice.Third,we must cultivate law teachers with ideological and political education capabilities,and establish a comprehensive evaluation mechanism to stimulate teaching potential to fully realize teaching goals.
