协同育人视域下法学专业人才培养模式探究——以独立学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 培养高素质的法治人才是建设法治国家、法治政府、法治社会的新要求,也是国家治理方式转变的法治保障。现阶段我国独立学院法学专业的人才培养机制存在封闭办学、缺乏创新等问题。因此,必须进行调整,构建协同育人机制,协同社会力量,选聘实务专家到学院任教;选聘学院法学专业教师到实务部门挂职锻炼;着力推动建立实务部门接收学院法学专业学生实习。 It is a new requirement for building a country ruled by law,a government ruled by law and a society ruled by law to cultivate high-quality legal personnel.it is also a rule of law guarantee for the transformation of state governance.At the present stage,there are some problems in the personnel training mechanism of law major in independent colleges,such as closed running schools,lack of innovation and so on.Therefore,adjustments must be made,a collaborative education mechanism should be established,social forces should be coordinated,and practical experts should be selected to teach at the college;the college law professional teachers should be selected to practice in the substantive departments;efforts should be made to promote the establishment of practical departments to receive internships for law students.
