摘要
目的 观察天麻素注射液联合舍曲林治疗焦虑症睡眠障碍的疗效。方法 将我院130例焦虑症睡眠障碍患者随机分为研究组与对照组各65例。对照组应用舍曲林治疗,研究组应用天麻素注射液联合舍曲林治疗。评估两组临床疗效,比较治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)躯体性因子、精神性因子、总评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PQSI)、多导睡眠图。结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组( P<0.05);两组HAMA躯体性因子、精神性因子、总评分低于治疗前,研究组HAMA躯体性因子、精神性因子、总评分低于对照组( P<0.05);两组PQSI各维度评分低于治疗前,研究组PQSI各维度评分低于对照组( P<0.05);两组快速眼动睡眠(REM)潜伏期、夜间睡醒次数、睡眠潜伏期低于治疗前,睡眠效率、总睡眠时长高于治疗前,研究组REM潜伏期、夜间睡醒次数、睡眠潜伏期低于对照组,睡眠效率、总睡眠时长高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论 应用天麻素注射液联合舍曲林治疗焦虑症睡眠障碍患者,能缓解焦虑情绪,改善睡眠,有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Gastrodin Injection combined with sertraline on anxiety disorder and sleep disorders.Methods A total of 130 patients with anxiety disorder and sleep disorders were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.Control group was treated with sertraline,while study group was treated with Gastrodin Injection combined with sertraline.The clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)physical and mental factors,total score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PQSI),and polysomnography were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group( P<0.05);the physical factors,mental factors,and total scores of HAMA in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in study group than those in control group( P<0.05);the PQSI scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in study group than those in control group( P<0.05);the latency of rapid eye movement sleep(REM),the number of nocturnal awakenings,and the sleep latency of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in study group than those in control group( P<0.05);the sleep efficiency and total sleep duration in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and were higher in study goup than those in control group( P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrodin Injection combined with sertraline can alleviate anxiety,improve sleep,and has good therapeutic effects on anxiety and sleep disorders.
