摘要
课程思政是高校落实教育教学全过程育人、践行立德树人的重要手段,教师课程思政能力决定了课程育人质量。分析了高校教师课程思政能力结构,提出了高校教师课程思政能力提升的四条对策建议:增强教师“课程思政”育人理念;提升挖掘和融合“课程思政”育人要素的能力;优化育人方式方法;建立教师“课程思政”考核评价机制。
Ideological and political education by curriculum is an important means for colleges and universities to implement the whole process of education and teaching,and to practice moral education.The ability of ideological and political education by curriculum of teachers determines the quality of curriculum education.The structure of the ability of ideological and political education by curriculum of teachers is analyzed,and four countermeasures and suggestions for improving the ability of ideological and political education by curriculum of teachers are put forward:enhancing the concept of ideological and political education by curriculum of teachers;improving the ability to excavate and integrate the educational elements of ideological and political education by curriculum;optimizing the way of educating people;establishing an assessment and evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education by curriculum of teachers.
