摘要
医院通过优化出院带药流程、使用“口服药品图鉴”指导患者及家属正确识别药物、建立微信群指导患者及家属正确按餐次分装药盒、利用微信小程序进行服药打卡等手段,保障出院带药能及时、便捷发放到患者手中,并保证患者能准确、按时服用药物,减少了患者及家属排队取药及办理出院耗费的时间,提高了患者服药的依从性,改善了患者就医体验。
By optimizing the discharge process with medicine,using the"oral drug guide"to guide patients and their families to correctly identify drugs,establishing a Wechat group to guide patients and their families to correctly pack medicine boxes according to meals,and using Wechat small program to take medicine and other means,the hospital could ensure that medicine can be timely and conveniently distributed to the discharged patients,and ensure that patients can take drugs accurately and on time.It can reduce the time of queuing for medicine and discharge process for patients and their families,improve the medication compliance of patients and their experience.
