摘要
浅谈以循证为基础的系统辅助工审核出院取药审核模式的应用与实践。比较系统辅助人工审核和人工审核对于出院取药问题的审出率,并进行分析,为出院取药患者的用药管理提供新的思路。依据审核系统结果,做出院取药报告,促进出院取药审核水平上升,加强审核的精确度。系统辅助人工审核模式提高了出院取药禁忌证方面的审出率,在出院取药相互作用及重复用药方面的审出率也有提高。虽然系统辅助人工审核具有一定优势,但是系统辅助人工审核的出院取药审核模式相较于人工审核模式审出的问题干预成功率较低,在出院取药禁忌证方面的问题干预成功率也较低,因此系统辅助人工审核的出院取药审核模式还需要进一步开发和完善。
A brief discussion on the application and practice of the evidence-based system assistant worker audit mode for drug retrieval after discharge.Compare and analyze the approval rate of system-assisted manual review and manual review for discharge drug collection problems,providing a new idea for medication management of patients who are discharged from the hospital.Based on the results of the audit system,a discharge medicine collection report is made to promote the improvement of the discharge medicine collection audit and enhance the accuracy of audit.The system assisted manual audit mode improved the detection rate of contraindications of drug withdrawal from hospital,and also improved the detection rate of drug withdrawal interaction and repeated use.Although the system assisted manual audit has certain advantages,the system assisted manual audit mode has a lower success rate of problem intervention compared with the manual audit mode,the success rate of intervention in the contraindications of drug withdrawal from hospital was also low.Therefore,the system assisted manual audit mode of discharge medicine collection needs to be further developed and improved.
