摘要
“政产学研用”协同育人的目的是提高学生实践技能,培养社会需要的应用型技术人才。要求在政府主导下,深化校企合作;教师深入企业推广研究成果,提高教师的实践能力,研发能力;企业工程师走进课堂,让学生了解企业文化和企业工作流程,提高学生学习兴趣,提升学生实践能力。“政产学研用”协同育人符合现代职业院校教学模式改革需要,能有效提升学生职业素养,增强学生创新意识,提高学生创新能力,提高企业对职业院校人才培养的满意度,但“政产学研用”视角下高职院校人才培养仍存在一些不足,就“政产学研用”协同育人目标下高职院校人才培养模式的建构进行了探索。
The purpose of collaborative education of“government,industry,learning,research and application”is to improve students’practical skills and cultivate application-oriented technical talents required by society.It is required to deepen school-enterprise cooperation under the leadership of the government;Teachers go deep into enterprises to promote research results and improve their practical ability and research and development ability;Enterprise engineers come into the classroom to let students know about enterprise culture and enterprise workflow,improve students’interest in learning and their practical ability.The collaborative education of“government,industry,learning,research and application”meets the needs of teaching mode reform in modern vocational colleges,which can effectively improve students’professional quality,enhance students’innovative consciousness,improve students’innovative ability and enterprises’satisfaction with talent training in vocational colleges.However,there are still some shortcomings in talent training in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of“government,industry,learning,research and application”.This paper probes into the construction of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges under the goal of collaborative education of“government,industry,learning,research and application”.
