摘要
将PBL联合案例教学法用于天然药物化学教学改革中,以“甾体及其苷类”为例进行教学设计和应用。教师从案例本身和章节内容两方面提出问题,设计由浅入深且层次递进的问题对教学过程进行引导。实践表明,PBL联合案例教学法能够激发学生学习兴趣,实现由被动学习向主动学习的转变,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,增强团队协作意识,提升学习效果。
Taking“steroids and their glycosides”as the case of teaching,the paper studies the application of the problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based teaching in the reform of the course of natural pharmaceutical chemistry.The teacher presents questions from both the case itself and the chapter content and leads the students by an A-B-C method in the teaching process.The teaching practice shows that PBL combined with case-based teaching can stimulate students’interest in learning,realize a shift from passive to active learning,foster students’analytical and problem-solving abilities,enhance their team co-operation awareness,and improve learning efficiency.
