摘要
为了进行新工科建设背景下生物化学实验课程教学改革,分析了当前生物化学实验教学存在的主要问题.开展了前中后全环节案例教学改革,以“通识到专业”教学视频制作为教学前期工作,真实科研情境案例为教学关键环节,“教——研——赛”的递进式实验实践为教学产出导向.实践结果表明,教学改革充分激发了教学活力,培养了学生自主创新能力,促进了教学科研成果互育共享.
To carry out the teaching reform of experiments in biochemistry under the background of new engineering construction,main problems were analyzed in the current teaching of biochemical experiments.Case teaching reform was introduced in the whole segment.The production of instructional videos with a“general knowledge to specialized”approach served as a pre teaching work.Real research scenario cases were the key component in the teaching event.A“teach--research--competition”progressive experimental practice was taken as the outcome orientation of teaching.Practice has shown that this teaching reform fully stimulates the vitality of teaching,cultivates students'independent innovation ability,and promotes the mutual education and sharing of teaching and research achievements.
