摘要
为增强现代居家生活中人与宠物的共居、共享和互动体验,探索人宠共享家具的创新设计方法与方案,本文尝试将QFD(质量功能展开)和TRIZ(发明问题解决理论)的集成创新方法应用于人宠共享家具设计过程,实现人宠共享的目标需求与良好的互动体验。采用问卷调研、访谈等形式获取用户真实需求反馈,且对人宠共享家具现状及问题进行归纳。构建人宠共享家具需求质量屋,推导并锁定用户清洁简易、情感体验良好、互动趣味度高的核心需求,将需求转化为对应的产品特性,通过比较分析得到功能和尺度、结构和清洁之间的矛盾问题。根据TRIZ理论提供的发明原理对两个矛盾进行消除,从而解决人宠共享家具设计中的难题,并通过用户满意度调查验证方案的可行性。实践证明,QFD和TRIZ相结合的集成创新方法能够高效、科学指导人宠共享家具设计,使家具更好地承载人与宠物之间互动、娱乐的多重功能。
In order to enhance the co-living,sharing,and interactive experiences of people and pets in modern home life and explore the innovative design methods and schemes of human-pet furniture sharing,this paper applies the integrated innovative methods of QFD(Quality Function Deployment)and TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving)to the design process of furniture sharing between people and pets to realize the goal of sharing between people and pets and a good interactive experience.In this paper,questionnaires and interviews were mainly used to obtain feedback from users.According to the feedback,the current situation and problems of human-pet furniture sharing were summarized.QFD is used to build a quality house for human-pet furniture,deduce and lock the core needs of users,such as easy cleaning,a good emotional experience,and high interactive interest,and transform the needs into corresponding product features.In this situation,contradictions between function and scale,structure,and cleanliness will be obtained through comparison.Then,according to the invention principles provided by TRIZ,those two contradictions can be eliminated,which solves the problems in the design of shared furniture for pets,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified by the user satisfaction survey.It has been proven that the integrated innovative method combining QFD and TRIZ can efficiently and scientifically guide the design of human-pet shared furniture so that it can carry out the multiple functions of interaction and entertainment between people and pets in a better manner.
