摘要
为关注用户的感观和行为需求,令集成灶可以更符合用户真实使用场景。结合定性研究和定量研究两种方法,通过入户访谈、现场观察、线上问卷验证等方法,挖掘集成灶用户隐性需求,运用UTB需求模型,将用户隐性需求、技术开发难度及市场成熟度结合,验证用户需求转化成产品的可行性和实用性。此方法能够有效地挖掘集成灶用户隐性需求,为后续的设计实践提供策略支持。
To focus on the user’s sensory and behavioral needs,so that the integrated stove can be more in line with the user’s real use scenario.Combining qualitative and quantitative research methods,household interview,on-site observation,online questionnaire verification and other methods were used to explore the implicit demand of integrated stove users.UTB requirement model is used to verify the feasibility and practicability of transforming user requirements into products by combining the user’s implicit demand,technology development difficulty and market maturity.This method can effectively excavate the implicit demand of integrated stove users and provide strategic support for the subsequent design practice.
