摘要
敦煌壁画五代交椅家具的图像,可上溯至古埃及交椅家具,由此可探讨与胡床相关的交椅家具在中国从五代发展到清代的历程及其演变,从而得出华夏区域出现的交椅家具与古埃及御用交椅的异同。中国的交椅有可能是对古埃及等地交椅结构的删繁就简,实际上也属于另外一种创新。
By investigating the appearance of the armchairs depicted in Dunhuang murals from the Five Dy- nasties period and tracing them back to models of ancient Egyptian armchairs, this paper attempts to discuss how armchairs connected to Hu-chuang (a kind of non-Chinese style chair) developed and changed from the Five Dynasties to the Qing dynasty in China. It also discusses the differences and similarities between the arm- chairs that appeared in China and the imperial seats of ancient Egypt, and comes to the conclusions that the Chinese version might be a simplified type of the Egyptian model, and that the evolution of the armchair can be regarded as a kind of historical innovation.
