摘要
区域活动是强调教师在设定的教育情境下充分调动幼儿自主性和积极性并促进幼儿自主选择与操作的学习活动,具有依据材料为中心制定学习目标和学习内容、满足幼儿个别差异需求的特点,在促进幼儿自主性发展、促进教师专业化发展、提高幼儿园活动质量等方面有独特的价值。但在同时,区域活动的这些特点又给幼儿园开展区域活动质量评价带来评价目标模糊、评价内容单一、评价过程空泛以及评价结果浅显等问题。以决策为核心的CIPP评价模型正好能够比较全面地解决这些问题。对照由背景评价、输入评价、过程评价和结果评价四要素组成的CIPP评价模型框架,从背景层面明确评价目标以促进幼儿发展、输入层面深入活动以促进评价内容的具体化与多元化、过程层面重视评价过程并完善教育决策、结果层面搜集评价判断从而为再评价服务等方面开展策略探究,以期改善评价现状和提高幼儿在游戏活动中的教学质量。
Area activities are learning activities emphasizing that teachers should mobilize children's autonomy and enthusiasm and promote their independent choice and operation in a set educational context.They have the characteristics of setting learning goals and learning contents based on materials and meeting children's individual needs,and have unique values in promoting children's independent development,promoting teachers' professional development,and improving the quality of kindergarten activities.These characteristics of area activities bring problems such as vague evaluation goals,single evaluation content,vague evaluation process,and superficial evaluation results for kindergartens to carry out quality evaluation of area activities.The CIPP evaluation model with decision making as its core can solve these problems in a more comprehensive way.Therefore,according to the framework of CIPP evaluation model which consists of four elements including background evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and result evaluation,the evaluation objectives are clarified at the background level to promote children's development,the evaluation contents are made more specific and diversified at the input level,the evaluation process is emphasized at the process level and the educational decision is improved,in hopes of improving the current situation of evaluation and improving the quality of teaching and learning of children's game activities.
