摘要
随着经济的进步和发展,汽车在我国得到了普及,相关行业也得到了迅猛发展,车辆的增多造成日常维修保养业务量也不断增加,其中车身修复维修作业对学生的动手能力的要求是比较高的。近几年,部分职业学校在汽车车身修复专业的教学模式改革中实施了现代学徒制。文章就什么是现代学徒制以及开展现代学徒制的必要性进行深入分析,在此基础上进一步探讨课程体系开发过程中存在的问题,进而提出课程体系开发过程的相关建议以及车身修复专业课程体系建设方案,不断的提升汽车车身修复专业现代学徒制试点的效果,拓展现代学徒制项目研究的思路,促进理论水平和实操技能的综合人才培养。
With the progress and development of the economy,automobiles have been popularized in China.Related industries have also been rapidly developed,and the increase of vehicles has led to an increasing amount of daily maintenance business,among which the body repair and maintenance work on the student's hands-on ability requirements are relatively high.In recent years,some vocational schools have implemented a modern apprenticeship system in the reform of the teaching model of automobile body repair majors.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of what is modern apprenticeship and the necessity of carrying out modern apprenticeship,and further discusses the problems existing in the development process of the curriculum system,and then puts forward relevant suggestions for the development process of the curriculum system and the construction plan of the professional course system of body repair,continuously improves the effect of the pilot of modern apprenticeship system in automobile body repair,expands the research ideas of modern apprenticeship projects,and promotes the comprehensive talent training of theoretical level and practical skills.
