摘要
在职业院校车身修复教学活动或车身修理技能大赛中,必须安全而快速地在车门上制作出相同位置和形状的压痕,以便学生或选手使用。论文设计的压痕机可以用来专门制造车门的压痕,经过ANSYS的分析,压痕机各主要部件可以满足工作中所需要的力学性能要求。与市面上常见的压痕机相比较,这种新型的压痕机具有结构简单、使用更加方便、成本较低、压痕深度和位置容易控制等优点,而且可以根据不同的压痕需求制作相应的模具,方便教学和大赛使用。
In the car body repair teaching activities or car body repair skills competitions in vocational colleges,the indentation with the same position and shape must be made safely and quickly on the door so that students or competitors can use it.The indentation machine designed in this paper can be used to specially manufacture the door indentation.Through the analysis of ANSYS,the main components of the indentation machine can meet the mechanical performance requirements that need to be met in work.Compared with the common indentation machine on the market,this new type of indentation machine has the advantages of simple structure,more convenient use,lower cost,easy control of indentation depth and position,and can make corresponding molds according to different indentation requirements,which is convenient for teaching and competition.
