摘要
深度产教融合协同育人机制是企业与职业院校为技能人才培养的共同目标发挥自身优势、需求对接、优势互补、资源共享的合作机制。为深化产教融合,高职院校与企业建立产业学院,顺利推进现代学徒制人才培养,校企共同研制学徒制新型合作机制、优化双导师教学机制、重构人才培养模式及课程体系,科学地为企业培养复合型技能人才,实现宽口径就业。
The deep industry-education integration collaborative education mechanism is a cooperation mechanism for enterprises and vocational colleges to give full play to their own advantages, meet needs, complement each other, and share resources for the common goal of skilled personnel training. In order to deepen the integration of production and education, higher vocational colleges and enterprises have established industrial colleges to smoothly promote the training of modern apprenticeship talents, cultivate multi-skilled talents for enterprises and realize wide-caliber employment.
