摘要
国内职业院校在21世纪初逐渐开始进行现代学徒制的探索实践,在校企合作、工学交替、产教深度融合等方面取得了明显成效,初显双元育人、学生双重身份、招生招工等现代学徒制特征。我国现代学徒制与西方发达国家相比,在国家政策和制度体系、社会外部环境、学校内部条件等方面还存在许多制约因素。为全面推行职业教育现代学徒制,国家遴选了部分行业、企业和学校先开展试点工作。现代学徒制试点,必须先解决好选什么专业试点、选什么企业试点、选什么样的师傅、设计什么样的人才培养方案以及校企双方管理责任如何落实等五个问题,才能有效解决职业教育的供需不匹配的矛盾。
The early 21st century saw the exploration and practice of modem apprenticeship system of the do- mestic vocational colleges. There are remarkable results in the campus-enterprise cooperation, the working and learning alternation and the depth of integration of production and education. There have subsequently appeared such novel things as dual education, students' double identity, and the enrollment and employment in the system. However, compared with Western modern apprenticeship, ours is restricted by several factors covering the state policy, institution system, exterior social environment and interior campus conditions. Therefore, the improvement of the system favors certain industries, enterprises and colleges as pilots to provide a practical basis for formulating policies. Based on the analysis of practice, the present pa- per holds that the following five questions are to be handled: which major can be selected as pilots? Which enterprise the pilots? Who can be the masters? What kind of talent training program should be designed? How can the managerial responsibilities between enterprises and campuses be shouldered?
